We maintain strict quality control to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.

📦 Returns / Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference issues.
Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

💫 Damage / Defect Claims

If you receive a damaged or defective item, a full unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts) is mandatory for verification.
Only then will a replacement or credit be provided.

To claim:

1. Share your order number and unboxing video via DM on Instagram @irah_vastra or email us at support@irahvastra.com within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
